Phyllis S. Gunn
Phyllis S. Gunn
is owner and CEO of Pearling Tax Solutions as an Enrolled Agent and Certified tax specialist licensed and credentialed by the U.S. Treasury Department to represent taxpayers in matters concerning the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with over 35 years of tax experience encompassing various areas of taxation. Phyllis trained and worked for the IRS for 9 years in the Service and Examination Division. She is a graduate of Bay State College, Massachusetts. After many years of assisting family, friends, co-workers and neighbors with tax questions and dealing with tax issues, as well working with various tax firms during tax season Phyllis enrolled in Fast Forward Academy and passed her SEE exam to become credentialed as an Enrolled Agent in 2020. She volunteers and currently assists with the nationwide Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program and other tax advocacy initiatives. Phyllis is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS) and Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents (GAEA)

Veronica Coleman
is chief financial/tax assistance of Pearling Tax Solutions A Certified Licensing Coach and Financial Services Representative professional. As an independent financial representative, she receives no financial incentives for using any investment over another so is able to tailor her advice so it will always be in the best interest of each client. She believes in educating clients and works diligently to help them develop achievable goals, understand their financial choices and portfolios, and implement strategies that assist them in attaining their personal plans. To serve her clients best, Veronica belongs to several educational groups that cover topics such as financial services, tax codes, and federal regulations. Her involvement in these groups ensures continuous growth and knowledge of this ever-changing market. Veronica received her bachelor’s degree at Brenau University with a major in Business. She also holds an insurance agent license and Series 6 and 63 investment licenses with the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) and is monitored by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Before joining the financial services industry, Veronica served in the United States Armed Forces and worked as a Telecommunication Operations Chief.
Veronica enjoys mentoring her community on money management concepts and traveling with her husband and little dog.
